Providing your garment meets the requirements a refund or exchange will be honoured within 14 days of purchase.

The steps are listed below:
- Before you return your item (s), please make contact with me through the ‘Contact Us’ or via email sherrie@sherriemorgan.design
- You will be provided with the return shipping information once your return is approved
- Finally, once item(s) are returned, a refund or exchange will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent
Conditions of returns:
* Sherrie Morgan Design accepts returns only if they are returned within 14 days
* Items must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging.
* Return shipping cost is at the customers expense (unless the item is faulty)
* Refunds or exchanges will not be given on ‘Custom’ orders unless the item is faulty.
