All of this is represented in this floral Sherrie Morgan design aptly named Autumn Aussie. Sit back relax and enjoy this luxurious duo, from aches and pains to meditation these pillows have you covered.

The eye pillow is fantastic to relax with or
to help assist with relieving headaches or migraines. Simply pop the insert into a plastic bag and put in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes and then enjoy the cold relief once applied to the affected area.

Material: Cotton cover, cotton insert, filling is Organic Australian wheat, essential oil and dried flowers such as roses or lavender.

The large wheat heat pack is perfectly weighted to assist soothing those achy muscles, cramps or to relax with.
Use heated (microwave for no more than 2 minutes at 30 second increments) or cooled from the freezer (minmum 30 minutes).
